Founded in 1959 by Hank H. Dickerson, the company grew into one of the largest full service brokerage houses in Texas during the 1960's, 1970's and 1980's. Often cited as one of the founding fathers of Dallas/Ft. Worth Real Estate, many of the most successful players in the Metroplex began their careers and learned the real estate business from Hank Dickerson. He imparted to them many of his timeless principles such as, "Honest Intelligent Effort Will Always Be Rewarded." Notable deals include land assemblage for "New Town" communities such as The Colony and Highland Village and commercial business parks such as Trinity Mills Industrial Park in Carrollton and The Solona Business Park in Westlake.
